Hi everyone!
As a Bitcoin enthusiast I was learning anything I could get since I first heard of it in 2015. It wasn't easy because I'm living in an east-European country, so I couldn't just go into a shop and buy books because there weren’t any. For many years not even Amazon was shipping books to my country.
But I got so much help from the Bitcoin Twitter community with articles or with sending me some scanned books. Since my first Bitcoin influence I was learning about Austrian school and economy too. Beside that I was making for myself some basic economic and social trend analysis of some post-socialist and non-socialist (capitalist) countries. I was eager to find out about the rotating trend: "socialism→freedom→ socialism". These three rotating phases can be seen in many countries I was studying and (sadly) in most of them we are at the end of the second phase.
In 2016 I jumped into shitcoin GPU mining because Bitcoin ASIC was unreachable. I sold them and made some Bitcoin so I could order my first batch of S9 miners from Bitmain (China). I can’t tell how the government f@cked me at the customs, but with huge fees paid I finally got them.
In 2017 I partnered and merged with a group of wealthy people and built a 1MW+ size Bitcoin mining operation from scratch. I planned and supervised not just all the building modifications, but the ordering and plugging in the miners too. It worked flawlessly till 2018 summer, but then the government silently killed the operation (can’t talk about it more).
In 2020 I was talking with some friends about Bitcoin and my previous findings about global economic trends which BTW all came true by the start of the pandemic. They had some corporate connections, so they introduced me at a party to some CEOs. Next week meetings began about how they could use my knowledge in a corporate environment. They hired me for making a weekly newsletter for them about Bitcoin and major world economic shifts. The job was not easy, but I liked how they reacted to each of my letters.
Now let's jump to the first week of 2022...
I got fired by the same bunch of corporate CEOs who hired me one year ago. They said they liked my work, but because Bitcoin lost (we heard it many times before) they don’t want to read about it anymore.
One week later I found out the real reason was my connection with the pandemic: I didn't get the jab. I lost my job because a few weeks ago at a Zoom talk they found out I’m not vaccinated. The funny thing is, I never even met with most of them and in the long run I haven't met with any of them, but they fired me for ideological reasons.
Bitcoin earlier taught me that never ever change the ideology you believe even if it means you will lose your job. I know Bitcoin will bring a brighter future for all of us, so I got to the following decision:
